Introducing the FIRST ever Hula Hoop, Jump Rope & Shuffle Dance event!

Hula Dancercise presents:

FUZION 2023

Prior to the event, Rachel will be in touch and will ask you to submit more information so Rachel can assign you to your group. Groups will be alternating throughout the day and everyone will be participating in each workshop held by the instructors. Once the workshops have been complete, all particpants will then be involved together for challenges and competitions!

- All particpants will be entered into a raffle!

PLEASE NOTE: Any orders with add on's such as weighted hula hoop or jump rope - these will be available for you to collect on the day. Please also specify which hula hoop & jump rope is your preferred (Wavy/Smooth & Beaded/5mmPVC). If you wish to have the hula hoop or jump rope posted to you prior to the event, please email info@huladancercise.com with your order number.

HULA DANCERCISE - RACHEL & ABBY @huladancercise/@abbyc.hulawithabs

Rachel & Abby connected through hula hooping on social media in 2020. Abby has been hula hooping for over 10 years and is also a hula hoop fitness instructor. Abby has been a part of Rachel's journey and has also assisted in creating the Hula Dancercise Instructor Training Course. 

Rachel & Abby will be covering absolute basics for ultimate beginners and challenging those of you who are experienced!

DOUBLE DUTCH - BECI & RACHAEL @jumpropesisters

20x British Champs, European and World Medalists. Performed at the London 2012 Olympics. 4x Guinness World Record Holders with  28 Years Experience. The sisters will be coaching Double Dutch, an experience you will not forget! The sisters are professionals and we guarantee if you have never tried Double Dutch before, you will learn so much and will be performing it in no time!

SINGLE ROPE FREESTYLE - COACH CHRIS @thejumpropecoachchris

Coach Chris, a personal trainer and jump rope coach who’s trying to bring jump rope to schools and gyms across the UK. Chris will be covering single rope freestyle. If you're a newbie to jump rope, Chris is your man! Chris will help you understand jumping from the start of your journey. Experienced? Don't worry about that! Chris will get you drilling your skills such as Releases and more!

SHUFFLE DANCE - LIZZIE & KELLY @lizziecl_/@kelly.shuffles

Shuffle Dance Pros! Lizzie & Kelly will be teaching the foundation of shuffle dancing. Lizzie has been shuffling for 3 years and it is her biggest passion. Lizzie saw shuffling three years ago when she was at a rave. Lizzie thought it was the most amazing thing she had ever seen and just had to start! Kelly, Personal Trainer and shuffle dance will also be teaching along side Lizzie!
