Just a small town girl, still figuring out life, but the hula has quite literally saved me. I get to dance, get great exercise, have motivated and inspired my own troop of friends to start hooping, and when life gives me the blues, I know that the hoop is just waiting for me to pick it up and giggle my way through a spontaneous dance routine, all which I video and post for my friends and family to see. Lol. I'm a big goof and love that the hula brings that out in me!
