At Hula Dancercise, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

Returns for Unused Items
 

Unused items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@huladancercise.com for return instructions, including the return address.
 

To ensure a smooth return process, please include your order number, name, address, and email with your returned item.

 

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and free from signs of wear or damage.
   

• If the packaging is damaged, a partial refund may be issued.
   

• If the returned item appears used or damaged, it will be sent back, and the refund request will be denied.
   

Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive a faulty or defective item, please report it within 30 days of receipt, including photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement.

Exchanges

To exchange your weighted hula hoop for a different variant, please return the original item and place a new order for your preferred alternative.

Processing & Refunds

• Refunds may take up to 7 days to process.
   

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
   

• The returned item remains the customer’s responsibility until we confirm receipt.
   

• Returns missing order details may experience processing delays.
   

Order Cancellations

Due to our fast processing times, cancellations before dispatch are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately, and we will check with our shipping team.
