Designed for hoopers ready to launch their own classes, this 1-day, in-person training gives you everything you need to start teaching straight away. Cancellation Policy
Hula DancerciseĀ® Instructor Training Booking Policy Introduction This Policy sets out the terms for registering and participating in the Hula DancerciseĀ® Licensing Program (āLicensing Programā). By registering, submitting payment, and completing checkout, you agree to these conditions. Registration and Payment Hula Dancercise Ltd (āHula Dancerciseā) accepts credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. By registering, you authorise Hula Dancercise to charge your chosen method. Promotional codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be added later. Payment details may be securely stored for future authorized use. PayPal If you select PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal.com to complete payment. If not finalised in time, your order will be cancelled. Hula Dancercise does not access your bank or card details. Booking and Licensing Rights Participants who complete the Licensing Program receive a Hula DancerciseĀ® Instructor License. This confirms training but does not grant teaching rights unless you join the Hula Dancercise Academy (HDA). Membership provides ongoing resources, branding rights, and professional support. Cancellations and Transfers Non-Refundable: Fees are non-refundable. If needed, you may request to place training on hold. Transfers: If you cannot attend, you may transfer to another date within a set timeframe (transfer fee applies). Rescheduling by Hula Dancercise: Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled; refunds or transfers will be offered. Additional expenses (e.g., travel) are not reimbursed. Certification and Requirements Professional certification is not required, but you are responsible for complying with all laws, taxes, and qualifications in your area of teaching. Weather Policy If severe weather forces cancellation, you will be notified and offered refund or transfer options. Hula Dancercise is not responsible for travel costs. Personal Information By registering, you consent to limited sharing of personal details for surveys and feedback in accordance with Hula Dancerciseās privacy policy (see www.huladancercise.com). Age Requirements Participants must be 18 or older. Those aged 16ā17 may attend with parental consent and a signed liability form.
